These terms apply to every person who opens an account on allpannel where access is permitted under local law. If local law in your region restricts access, you should not use the platform and these terms do not create any right of access.

Yes. The full text of our Terms and Conditions is available in the Help Centre at any time. You can download or print the document. If you need it sent directly to your email, contact support with your account ID.

We store your name, email address, phone number, your UPI or Paytm payment identifiers, session logs and transaction history. We do not store sensitive authentication credentials or sell your data to marketing third parties.

Email our legal support address with your account ID and a clear request for a data export. After we verify your identity, we will send a structured summary of the data we hold within 14 calendar days.

Account data is retained for up to 5 years after closure to meet financial and regulatory record-keeping obligations. Once that window passes, personal data is either permanently deleted or anonymised in line with our retention schedule.

We will send a notification to your registered email before any material change takes effect. If you continue to use your account after that date, it means you have accepted the updated terms. You can also check the version date in the Help Centre.
